Board of Directors

The company underwent new and positive changes in 2006, following which, the current four committed and dedicated directors (who are also dairy farmers) emerged to take over the role of managing the company.

They are a team, driven by a sense of commitment and determination. They possess good business and management skills, essential qualities in running an efficient and profitable business successfully. They are also passionate in ensuring that producers remain in control of their milk supply.

They are aware of the constant need to be proactive in its efforts to obtain the best milk price for its producers at every opportunity.

The board of directors is elected by its producer Members and the directors are, in turn accountable to its members.

Meet The Directors

The directors regularly meet to discuss and make decisions, they are particularly conscious of the need to keep the company’s costs and overheads as low as possible without compromising on the quality of service provided to its producers and customers alike.

The company is supported by its hardworking, invaluable members of staff. The transport department consists of a small team of diligent drivers who work under the supervision of the Drivers Supervisor. Callers’ first point of contact is with the office staff who, as well as undertaking the company’s day to day administrative duties, deal with general enquiries from both producers and customers.
